Hissho’s salmon does not come from any of the impacted regions reported in the recent news, about parasites being found in some Japanese and Alaskan salmon. Hissho is aware of this report and wants to reassure all our partners, vendors, and customers that the salmon used in our sushi is not affected. All of our imported salmon comes from FDA approved facilities.
